The prosecution is convinced that a child should have been punished for having to wear diapers that had been glued together for a week and that were not emptied, which caused him considerable pain. In addition, according to the indictment, a girl was locked in a dog cage and given him dog food. A child is said to have been locked in the house for several days while the group went on an outing.
The two suspects complain before the Labor Court of Brunswick against their immediate dismissals. The 60-year-old wants, according to the carrier, who took over the group in 2007, continue to look after children.
