A man has been robbed twice in Recklinghausen in no time: first he was stolen, according to police the bagpipe, then his bike.
The 38-year-old was traveling by bike on Friday night when an unknown man snatched his sports bag from him. The bag contained a high-quality bagpipe and cash.
The man pursued the alleged thief and left his bike behind. Since the 38-year-old can not catch up with the bagpipe thief, he broke off the persecution.
When the man returned to the place where he had hastily parked his bike, he noticed loud police that he had been stolen in the meantime also.
The police are now investigating in both cases.
