Federal police have controlled a 78-year-old from Cologne on the Dutch border - and found cocaine worth 174,000 euros.
According to police officials had already checked the man on Saturday night in North Rhine-Westphalia Straelen on his entry from the Netherlands. During the inspection, the man should have looked nervous and confused. The police found 2.3 kilograms of cocaine, wrapped in towels.
The drug packages would have hidden the man behind the passenger seat in a compartment in the footwell. He is currently in custody, according to police.
