The alleged murderer of the Kassel district president Walter Lübcke has, according to conviction of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) stronger support than previously known.
Markus H., who was being held in custody on suspicion of receiving the aid, is said to have heard conversations about the plans of Stefan E. to take action against Lübcke. This emerges from a decision of the third Criminal Division of the Federal Court of Justice on the complaint of Markus H. The suspect remains in custody.
Markus H. had been arrested because he allegedly brought Stephan E. into contact with an arms dealer from whom he was said to have acquired the murder weapon.
