In Duisburg, nine people were injured in the emergency braking of a tram. A passenger crashed through a disc that was completely broken. Eight other passengers suffered bruises during the incident on Friday night.
Previously, young people had kicked the door of the line 903, the police said. Some of the group tried so hard to get into the train. The door was therefore damaged and opened - which in turn triggered a warning tone.
The driver then triggered an emergency stop, the investigators said. As a result, passengers fell, seven injured were hospitalized. The teenagers fled.
