The police in Baden-Wurttemberg has identified a suspect in the case of a repatriated ambulance. According to a police spokesman admitted the 47-year-old bus driver to have driven away the car in Böblingen. To the motive of the man one could say nothing yet.
On Thursday, the vehicle was stuck on a road during an engine-on, blue-light, and hazard-warning turn, blocking it. As the forces wanted to bring an emergency patient to the ambulance, this was gone. They finally found the vehicle 70 meters away.
A reference to the 47-year-old was, according to police, a witness who had observed that behind the ambulance a Toyota small car and a bus had come to a halt.
At first it was said that the perpetrator was possibly a small car driver. The police asks witnesses, in particular the Toyota driver and the passengers of the bus, to report.
