The Oldenburg police seized a man's mobile phone to stop further emergency calls. Previously, the 51-year-old had called according to a message 37 times at the police.
Accordingly, the man first dialed the emergency call on Wednesday at 19 clock. He wants to report charges for insulting, because a foreign newsreader should have read false reports.
A policeman had told him on the first call that he could not refund any ads via an emergency call. He was referred to the possibility of an online ad and described the way to the next watch.
25 calls via the exchange
That was obviously not enough for the caller. With eleven further calls he had blocked an emergency call line for a long time. After all, he tried to contact the police 25 times through the operator.
Finally, a patrol had gone to the man. He had complained about the behavior of the officials, said that the police must do what he wanted. After his announcement to continue calling the emergency, the officers took him his cell phone according to the message. He has to answer for the misuse of emergency calls.
