In the #metoo debate, James Franco has already been accused of abuses. Two women have now filed suit against the performer. In his drama school, he is said to have sexually exploited her.

Sarah Tither chaplain weighed heavily on actor James Franco during the #metoo debate. The young actress accused him of being naked in his films for a hundred dollars a day. Together with Toni Gaal she has now sued the 41-year-old Hollywood star before a court in Los Angeles.

The two women accuse Franco in a civil suit that he has urged her and other young women to play naked or make sex scenes. They, who hoped for an acting career, had been exploited.

According to the lawsuit, Tither-Kaplan and Gaal enrolled at film school in 2014. They accuse Franco and two other school-affiliated men of having discriminated against, harassing and cheating on their gender. Franco and his colleagues took the opportunity to approach aspiring actresses in film and television.

Hundreds of dollars required for acting class on sex scenes?

The actor, who is currently on HBO's television series The Deuce, dismissed the allegations of his lawyer: "Not only will James fully defend himself, but he will also demand damages from the plaintiffs and their attorneys because they will have just filed this bizarre lawsuit to grab attention, "said Michael Plonsker. The application was badly informed. The other allegations in the # metoo debate Franco had countered. However, his reputation suffered greatly in public, "Vanity Fair" renounced the actor in the annual "All-Star-Cover".

In the lawsuit, however, the women explain how exactly they and others at School 4 should have been exploited. Among other things, they were said to have been paid to pay for drama school. However, their career opportunities would not have improved by their visit alone, but only if the women had been willing to participate in sex or at least nude scenes, often "in a kind of orgy". For a masters course on sex scenes, they would have had to pay $ 750 and have to audition naked or partially naked.

According to the course, Sarah Tither-Kaplan was offered a role in a project in which Franco, known by the movie "127 Hours", is involved in an orgy. The lawsuit accuses him of having removed the plastic protection from the step of actresses with whom they had covered during intimate oral sex scenes her private parts.

The purpose of the claim is damages in an unspecified amount. Other women who went to school should also benefit from the procedure. The complaint also refers to Franco's January 2018 pledge. He said in Stephen Colbert's "The Late Show" that if he did something wrong, he would make it up to him. He supports people who address grievances and wants them "in no way silence". The women now accuse Franco and the other men of committing immense misdeeds and doing nothing to make amends.
