In a serious car accident in the Saxon town of Mülsen St. Jacob, eight people were seriously injured, including four children. As the police announced, a large-capacity sedan struck on Friday and slipped on the wet road in the opposite lane. There, the car crashed head-on into an oncoming car.
The limousine seated four children between the ages of two and twelve, all seriously injured. The 30-year-old driver and two other passengers were seriously injured. The man at the wheel of the other car also came to a clinic with serious injuries.
According to the police, the accident happened around 6:30 pm on Friday night. The limousine had been traveling from Zwickau towards Mülsen St. Jacob. She came to rest after the collision with the car on the roof. Five ambulances and two emergency physicians were reported to be in action. The material damage to the vehicles totaled 21,000 euros.
