An evening that seems to be rare: Courtney Cox has posted a photo showing her with former "Friends" colleagues - and thrilled her fans.

Sometimes it just takes a picture to make the fans' hearts beat faster. "Friends" actress Courteney Cox has posted a picture featuring her colleagues Jennifer Aniston and Matt LeBlanc. The reactions on Instagram were not long in coming.

The 55-year-old received more than two million likes for her post. "An evening that is rare, I love it," Cox wrote to the photo. And the users apparently also liked it: "Let it come true! A Friends movie!" Was a comment. "The Internet has collapsed", another one.

Cox played the cook Monica Geller in the sitcom. Jennifer Aniston, 50, played Monica's best friend Rachel Green. Matt LeBlanc, 52, took on the role of actor Joey Tribbiani.

This year, the series celebrates its 25th anniversary. In September, a replica of the orange sofa was set up on the observation deck of the New York Empire State Building. In the series, the six leading actors and friends had met again and again on such a sofa in the café "Central Perk" until "Friends" after ten seasons ended (more about the cult series you can find here).

"Friends", one of the most successful series in TV history, ran from 1994 to 2004 and made the main characters to top stars. Apart from Cox, Aniston and LeBlanc, these were Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.

Recently, Jennifer Aniston had fueled speculation about a "Friends" reunion: "I would do it," she said. The inventor of the series but obviously different, as the industry magazine Variety recently reported: "We will make no reunion and no reboot," said TV producer Marta Kauffman. "It would not surpass what we did."
