Homeopathy disbursement: Boiron and Lehning Laboratories seize the Council of State

The French laboratories Boiron and Lehning, specialists in homeopathic medicines, announced Wednesday, October 23, to have filed two appeals to the Council of State to ask the cancellation of the decrees relating to the cessation of reimbursement of homeopathy. here at 2021.

"These appeals relate to both the irregularities that have tainted the procedure of evaluation of homeopathy by the Transparency Commission of the High Authority of Health and the ill-foundedness of these decrees" dated August 30, have said the laboratories in a joint statement Wednesday.
