Berlin radio experiment: Fall of the Wall, two weeks too early

Schueppel had a nightly live broadcast in the alternative West Berlin station "Radio 100". On October 24, 1989, a good two weeks before the actual fall of the Berlin Wall, he read an alleged breaking news: "The SED leadership has decided to completely open the inner German border."
