Finally, Bieber had already proposed to his new partner Hailey Baldwin in June 2018 - two months after the alleged separation from Gomez. In fact, accumulated in this time, the evidence of an engagement - Justin Bieber officially announced, however, only in July 2018.
In addition, Gomez's statements in an interview. She said on a radio show that she wrote "Lose You to Love Me" a year ago - that would roughly mean the time of Bieber's breakup, speculates "Buzzfeed News."
Of course, an earlier Gomez relationship with the song could still be meant. But she said on the show that she wanted to release the album two years ago. However, the words she now utters in the song did not exist then. The relationship must therefore have taken place after 2017.
Since she wants to have written the song a year ago, two years before her words were missing, the period can roughly be limited from sometime 2017 to October 2018. So it can only be the relationship of Justin Bieber. Logically, right?
