An unknown driver damaged a parked car in Hagen. He left an unusual message - and committed an escape from the driver.

A labeled napkin hung on the windshield of the damaged car in the Ruhr city - with the words: "Sorry! Dodge and I'm short of cash".

The victim - a 43-year-old Opel driver - handed over the napkin to the police. As the investigators announced on Monday, the rider must have occurred on Saturday between 19.30 and 21 clock clock. The officials were able to secure traces and are now looking for witnesses. These are requested to call 02331 - 986 2066.
