Two years after the conflagration in the London skyscraper Grenfell Tower with dozens of dead, an official report of the fire department raises grave omissions. The response of the fire department had "serious shortcomings" and "systemic" errors, cited several media from the investigation report.
Fewer people would have died in the fire if the London Fire Department had previously taken certain measures, according to the report. In particular, the instruction of the fire brigade to the inhabitants of the skyscraper to stay in the apartments will be criticized. The evacuation of the burning building was ordered too late.
The London Fire Department will comment on the report after the official release on Wednesday.

- London Fire Brigade (@LondonFire) October 29, 201972 people were killed in the flames in June 2017. A refrigerator had caught fire and started the fire. The flames spread quickly in the 24-story skyscraper. Many people were surprised by the flames in their sleep.
The tenant of the apartment where the fire broke out was not guilty, British media quoted from the report. It was an electrical defect.
