The district court Cologne gives a suit of Tina Turner against a show poster prospect of success. The problem is that you might think, "That's where Tina Turner plays."

Tina Turner has achieved success in the district court of Cologne. The singer had sued there against the poster for a Tina Turner show, in which she is not involved. According to the 79-year-olds one might think that she appears on the show.

The district court was right in that. Although it did not make a decision. However, the presiding judge Dirk Esser da Silva said that Tina Turner's lawsuit is likely to succeed. The problem is, in fact, that you could think, "That's where Tina Turner plays." It lacked on the poster an explicit indication that the real Tina Turner was not visible.

The judge recommended to the tour operator Cofo Entertainment from Passau to add a corresponding unmistakable reference to the poster. In return, Tina Turner will then waive further claims. Both sides were given four weeks by the court to reach an amicable settlement in this spirit. Otherwise, the court will announce a ruling on January 22.
