Several times they passed a girl: The murderer of the student Susanna F. and a 15-year-old had to answer for child abuse in the district court Wiesbaden. She has now found this guilty.

In the case of the girl who was raped in a Wiesbaden refugee shelter, the district court has pronounced its verdict. The defendants Ali B. and Mansoor Q. have been sentenced to several years in prison.

The 22-year-old Ali B. received a prison sentence of seven years and six months. Minor Mansoor Q. was sentenced to four years and six months of juvenile detention. The trial was closed to the public. The public prosecutor's office Wiesbaden had accused the two rape in coincidence with heavy sexual abuse of children.

Ali B. is said to have lured, locked and raped an eleven-year-old boy to his room at the asylum shelter on April 27 last year. About a month later, Ali B. and co-defendant Mansoor Q. reportedly raped the girl one by one near a supermarket parking lot.

According to the prosecutor, the accused Afghan is said to have abused the 11-year-old once again in April or May in a forest. In this attack was also a brother of Ali B. been there, who is still punishable by law. He too is said to have raped the girl.

Whistleblower in the case of Susanna

The young Afghan Mansoor Q. played an important role in another case as well. In the second case against Ali B. for the murder of 14-year-old student Susanna F., it was he who gave investigators the crucial clue to the 22-year-old. Mansoor Q. had reported to the police and testified that Ali B. had told him about the crime. Ali B. was sentenced to life imprisonment in July.

The Iraqi refugee had left shortly after the crime with his parents and siblings in the Kurdish-controlled northern Iraq. He was arrested by security forces and handed over to the Federal Police. The body of Susanna had been found after a large-scale search on 6 June 2018 in a forest in Wiesbaden.
