A customer in Lower Saxony ordered a pizza, but the delivery took too long. The woman refused to accept it - which annoyed the pizza delivery boy very much.
The messenger took the pizza out of the box and delivered it from a distance of about a meter in his own way: He threw the woman's pizza in the face, as the police in Nienburg announced.
Because the woman from Bückeburg then felt a "light burning" in the face, the police filed a lawsuit for assault. The clothes of the customer and the door frame had been polluted by the "projectile".
