According to the police, the incident was at around 1.30 am on Sunday. A 23-year-old left the train station in Schnelsen and walked on the Pinneberger Straße towards Ellerbek. After she had passed the border to Schleswig-Holstein, approached her, according to police, a man.
He brought her to the ground. The woman had resisted - and bitten off a fingertip. Then she ran away.
Suspect was arrested
Officers arrested the man for a witness statement, the police said. According to the current state, there is a high probability that the discovered dome can be attributed to him from the crime scene. A DNA balance is still pending.
The suspect is a 35-year-old. He is in custody.
