On the Autobahn 1 near Hamburg in the morning a coach crashed. At least 13 people were said to have been injured, some of them seriously, said a police spokesman.
Details of the number and severity of injuries did not make the police so far. According to first findings, 50 people sat in the coach from Poland.
The vehicle had strayed from the road in the accident near Barsbüttel from previously unknown cause, collided with the guard rail and tilted to the side, the police said. The highway was temporarily closed in the direction of Hamburg for rescue and clean-up work at times.
