A 40-hour week can feel very long - especially when the office is in a bad mood. Because the colleague never greets, the boss comes too late and everything always gets stuck on one itself? It is also different and could be so easy. With a little more communication, for example.
"The basic problem is that everyone thinks they know how to work together, how to hold a meeting, how to greet each other, how to work, and so on, but there is not one truth," says Mathias Fischedick , He's a job coach - trying to make things fun at work. "This is a point that is often misunderstood: Understanding does not mean giving, and if I want to understand you, it makes you more interested in me," explains Fischedick.
