District Court Kleve: trial against suspected gang rapists has begun

The men are accused of joint rape, dangerous bodily injury and personal injury. Four of the accused were involved in the group rape in February, three in the second case in mid-March. According to the court, the defendants face up to 15 years imprisonment.

While the other defendants refused to comment on the allegations on the first day, a 29-year-old student testified on the second case in March. He said that they had previously negotiated borders with the woman. Everything was agreed.

The two alleged victims are co-plaintiffs in the proceedings. The trial, which is led by the district court Kleve, began for space reasons in the district court Neuss.
