The police in Gelsenkirchen are looking for a man who injected an unknown substance into the body of a 13-year-old on Thursday. "The investigation continues today," said a spokesman for the police. He gave no information on the health of the girl.
According to the police, the 13-year-old was taken to hospital after the incident and was injured. Which substance the offender injected her is unclear.
The 30- to 40-year-old man had therefore addressed the youth in the morning on the way to a school event in the city center and threatened with a penknife. Then he asked her to follow him.
In a parking lot, he pulled out the syringe according to police and injected her with the substance. Before the perpetrator had fled, he said the words "number six".
After the crime, the injured rang the doorbell door of a local resident and asked for help. This brought the girl to the hospital.
