She has "great pain": Due to an illness falls off a concert of Ariana Grande. The singer apologized to her fans and got recovery tips from an Oscar winner.



Ariana Grande has been touring the world for months. Now the US singer has canceled a performance because of health problems.

She was so sorry, but she had to cancel the scheduled evening concert in Lexington, Kentucky, Grande said on Sunday in a video message on Instagram. She felt ten times worse in the morning and she could barely swallow.

The day before, the singer had told her fans that she was in "great pain". "I'm still very ill," complained Grande. Since her last show in London, she feels bad. As part of their "Sweetener" World Tour since March, Grande was in London in mid-October. The singer also showed up on Instagram with an inhaler.

Ariana Grande: recovery tips from Barbra Streisand

Fans wished her well on social media. Also singer and actress Barbra Streisand answered in a tweet with advice. The Oscar winner recommended vitamin C, honey and chicken soup. Her head was bursting, but she was very happy to read her wishes for recovery, thanked Grande.

By mid-December, the singer has planned more than a dozen concerts, including in Florida, Texas and California. At the beginning of November, Grande was the biggest favorite of the MTV Europe Music Awards with seven nominations, but she was completely exhausted when she gave the music trophies in Seville, Spain.
