The Bayat Restaurant (our home in Arabic) represents the new generation of Arab cuisine in Nazareth: An ancient building serves dishes from East and West combining traditional and regional Arab food alongside classic European dishes and all alongside rich alcohol bar and live performances by local artists.

Autumn Dish : For the fall, serve with focaccia shrimpas and parsley consisting of focaccia dough with shrimp, shredded prosciutto crudo, cherry tomatoes, garlic, thyme and olive oil (NIS 82). A dish that has a variety of comfort, most notably soft and warm carbohydrates that serve as a platform for varied flavors.
