Singer Shai Sabri arrives tonight on Israel Today and at Gimelive Studio • Watch Live

Magic in the Studio: Singer and creator Shai Sabri is coming to Gimlive with a new show. We first heard the name of Sabri about 18 years ago, when he was a soloist of the composition called "Magic" which was quite successful, and sang a version of the song "We Separate Thus" in the film Made In Israel, edited by Berry Sakharof. After several years of absence, Sabri participated in several projects: he performed two songs in the Idan Raichel project, and the exciting theme song for the album "Leaves of Silence" by Ahuva Ozeri. At the same time, he joined Berry Sakharof's "Red of the Lips" show and began performing with him in his shows.
About five years ago he decided to break out as a soloist. Along with "The Middle East Grove Team," which was a band with wonderful musicians, he released the debut album "Dawn," which included "Hard at Night," "King," "Accompany Me," and "I'll Come With Mighty Bravery." At the same time, he went on a long tour, which also included versions of Ahuva Ozeri's songs, which she performed with quite a few performances. The songs that followed the album also had great success.
Recently, Sabri goes a new way, setting up a new vehicle that accompanies it with new performances. The new arrangements were made by Jonathan Daskell, and the only player from the "Groove Team" that remains is drummer Nir Mansour.
The new composition can be seen on December 12 at the "Mushroom" at Kibbutz Dan, and the evening at "Gimlive" which will be broadcast from 9:00 pm here at Gimel and "Israel Today" website.
