More responsible, more sustainable. ANSA2030 is born , the new portal of the Agency entirely dedicated to all the challenges posed by the objectives of the UN Agenda that have established themselves among the most urgent topics of current affairs. From ethical finance, to the circular economy, to corporate social responsibility, to new projects for a more equitable and harmonious development of infrastructures and cities, to the fight against inequalities and for equality with an attentive look at respect for diversity, with ANSA2030 the Agency wants to create an information point of reference on sustainability open to everyone, citizens, businesses, media.

THE NEW PORTAL

With a specific goal. "We want all issues related to sustainability in all its aspects to become daily news on the media and for citizens," explains ANSA director Luigi Contu . "The sensitivity towards these issues is clearly increasing; there is an increase in attention in the world of economics and finance and the mobilization of the young in favor of the environment is under everyone's eyes". In Italy in 2019 there are now 5.9 billion green bonds (110 billion in the world) and more and more companies are spreading their financial statements Esg (Enviromental social governance) and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives (1.4 billion the investments of only Italian companies according to the latest data available for 2017 and 85% of the companies involved) while the new EU Commission chaired by Ursula Von De Leyen has just announced the launch of a Green New Deal for Europe.

ANSA2030 thus wants to provide information that is understandable to everyone, helping to create a basic sensibility for the widest possible number of people towards sustainability issues and at the same time open an information window on the increasing number of initiatives linked to sustainability, social responsibility and more generally at 2030 goals.

The project is carried out with the participation of AsVis, the Alliance for sustainable development - which brings together over 250 companies and organizations that have decided to take the road of sustainability - has Benessere Italia as its partner, the President's control room of the Council of Ministers for the welfare policies and the evaluation of the quality of life of the citizens, and takes a careful look also at the themes of the different abilities. Just a few days ago the Prime Minister announced a permanent office in Palazzo Chigi to coordinate the activities of the State administrations and to meet the needs of over 3 million people with different abilities.

The Agency with ANSA2030 is at the side of these initiatives confirming its vocation of service for the country and the people. A section of the channel is dedicated to accessibility. And starting from ANSA2030, the Agency has also launched a path to make its web platforms accessible.

"ANSA 2030 responds to the need to have a reference point for authoritative and holistic information on sustainable development issues," says Enrico Giovannini, spokesman for AsVis. "ANSA was the first to grasp the sign of the times and we at ASviS are happy to take part in this important process of cultural change, which will help make people aware of the greatest challenge of our time: to bring our country, Europe and the world a path of sustainable development ".
