The Attorney General Bamberg has brought charges against a speech therapist from Würzburg because of allegations of multiple serious sexual abuse of children. The 37-year-old is accused of having passed away in 66 cases of children.
The law provides for each of a prison sentence of up to 15 years before, said the Bavarian Central Cybercrime, which is located at the Attorney General Bamberg. The accused was largely confessed. He has been in custody since March.
The investigation of the cybercrime experts had shown that the speech therapist since 2012 allegedly abused seven boys aged up to six years in different ways. The affected children were partially physically or mentally disabled. The man used the investigators according to his practice and two Würzburg daycare for the deeds.
The speech therapist should have photographed and filmed his actions and put them in relevant forums in the Darknet. On March 20, police raided the man's premises. At that time, 22,000 child pornography files were secured.
"We can assume that the perpetrator has selected targeted victims who were expected to not turn to parents or educators," prosecutor Thomas Janovsky had said in September to the end of the investigation.
