(ANSA) - SYRACUSE, 7 DEC - Mortal accident this morning, after 4 o'clock, at the Vittorini promenade in the historic center of Ortigia.
Two young people, aged between 17 and 22, died and two others were injured after the car crashed on, a Ford Fiesta, against one of the pylons supporting the arches of the Belvedere San Giacomo. The municipal police officers are carrying out surveys to understand ladinamica of what happened. The boys had spent lasered in Ortigia and were returning home, but to cause the car driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash. Firefighters have extracted one of the four from the plates. Immediate transfer to hospital with 118, but for two of them there was nothing to do.
