(ANSA) - BERGAMO, 07 DEC - The three ski mountaineers who have been run over by an avalanche in Ornica, on the Orobie Alps in the Bergamo area, have been recovered. Of the three rescued, a person was sentenced, a second one suffered a head trauma and to the lower limbs and was redeployed with the red code helper to the Pope Giovanni XXIII hospital in Bergamo, while the third was not seriously injured and was transported to the Lecco hospital.
The landslide had fallen today near the Salmurano pass, near the provinces of Sondrio and Bergamo. In the area have operated various means of 118, the carabinieri skiers, among other things in service just from today, and the Mountain Rescue.
