The judges of Florence write about it in the reasons for the sentence of July 22, 2019. The anarchists, the judges write, constituted an "association" that had "almost immovable property occupied without meticulous preparation and use of enthusiasm and means". In illicit actions, they still write, "the group appears united and indeed when the judicial investigative action becomes pressing 'the leaders' take the lead".
The objectives are pursued "in a violent manner" including "throwing firecrackers, Molotov cocktails or handmade explosive devices".
