(ANSA) - CROTONE, 10 DEC - The investigating judge of the CrotoneRomina Rizzo Court has filed a criminal case against a janitor of the Cotronei asylum accused of sexual abuse against minors. The man, GG, 64, was accused in 2017 of taking advantage of children attending nursery school.
Rejecting the opposition of the injured parties, the investigating magistrate accepted the request for filing presented by the public prosecutor Luisiana Di Vittorio in April 2018. In the request for filing, the prosecutor cites the results of the incident that has seen the children as protagonists and claims that "the story of minors was not at all spontaneous, but in reality it was the effect of suggestions ".
