(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, DECEMBER 10 - Eight sentences, the highest in three and six months, for the former regional councilors of the PDL in Emilia-Romagna, and four acquittals, including the recently passed two parliamentarians Enrico Aimi and GaleazzoBignami, recently passed to FdI.
It is the outcome at first instance of the trial in a court of law in Bologna for reimbursements requested during the 8th and 9th term of the regional council, between 2009 and 2011. At the time, the investigation perpetrated involved all the groups in the 'Assemblealegislativa. The prosecutor Antonella Scandellari had asked 10condanne. The penalties decided by the judges concern much lower figures than the original dispute. The judges appointed Alberto Vecchi (3 years and 6 months), Luca Bartolini (2 years and 2 months), Marco Lombardi (2 years and 7 months), Luigi Villani (2 years and 1 month), Giorgio Dragotto (2 years and 4 months) ), LuigiFrancesconi (2 years and 10 months), Gianguido Bazzoni (2 years and 4 months), Andrea Pollastri (2 years and 2 months); also acquitted by Gianni Varani and Gioenzo Renzi.
