USA: Several deaths in shots in Jersey City

Near New York there has been a shootout with several fatalities. According to media reports, police were ambushed.



After shooting in a city near the US metropolis of New York, according to the local mayor, several people have been killed. Among them was a policeman, said Steven Fulop in Jersey City. He spoke of two incidents in close proximity to each other. It was found in a building "several deceased". Residents should not leave adjacent buildings, since the situation is not over, Murphy wrote initially on Twitter. Adjacent schools had been secured to take care of the children.

The White House said that US President Donald Trump had been informed about the situation. According to James Shea, there are no indications of a terrorist background from the local public security agency.
