(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 11 DEC - New slap in the face for DonaldTrump: a federal judge in Texas has forbidden the US administration to use funds diverted by the Pentagon (3.6 million) to build the wall on the border with Mexico. The decision arrives in a lawsuit filed by the El Pasoe County by the 'Border Network for Human Rights' association, according to which the president abused his authority to declare the national emergency to obtain the funds.
