(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 11 - A new exhibition-circular itinerary, which enhances the masterpieces of a unique collection, from Caravaggio to Tintoretto, from Reni to Carracci and Tiziano, and also reflects the splendid complexity of one of the most beautiful historic buildings in the capital : you can breathe new air at Palazzo Barberini, which continues its renewal process with the reopening of as many as 10 rooms located in the Alanord of the noble floor, after the restoration of the last months of the Alaskan. The inauguration will take place on December 12th, with an extraordinary opening starting from 6pm, to celebrate a restoration that has affected the architectural structures, the lighting system, the graphics and the didactic equipment along an area of ​​550 square meters. Therefore, a display completely designed by the director Flaminia Gennari Santori, with Maurizia Cicconi and Michele Di Monte (based on a project by Enrico Quell), with different environments and new ways of breaking down, to offer the public the possibility of a more conscious visit (the captions, longer explanations, and prepared new panels, also dedicated to a single work): the path will be characterized by a discontinuous rhythm and by the possibility of understanding the connection that links the prestigious and imposing halls to the corridoie to the various rooms of the building, with the paintings that act as an agreement to enhance the story of the building itself.
