The civil court of Rome accepted the appeal of Casapound and ordered Facebook the immediate reactivation of the profile closed last September 9th. The same movement gave the news in a note explaining that Zuckerberg's company will also have to pay Casapound for 15 thousand euros.
"The appeal - writes the judge Stefania Garrisi in the sentence - must be accepted and Facebook must be ordered the immediate reactivation of the page of the Association of Social Promotion CasaPound".
The court thus ordered the reactivation of the official profile of Casapound and the personal one of the Roman manager Davide Di Stefano, as the administrator of the page.
