(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 12 - "Loose, far-fetched and in many points hardly plausible". This is how the investigating judge of Rome judges the statements made by Anastasia, the girlfriend of Luca Sacchi, in the ruling which rejected the request for revocation of the signing obligation presented by the defender. For the judgment Anastasia's declarations "appear to be completely unsuitable to damage the circumstantial framework" and come from an object "interested and not obliged to respond by saying the truth". In the meantime, the position of one of the investigations in the investigation into the murder of the young person is worsening. The investigating judge notified a provision of custody in prison to Armando DePropris, Marcello's father, the young man who gave the weapon to Valerio Del Grosso, the author of the shot. To the man, incarcerating for drugs, the prosecutors dispute the illegal detention of the 38 caliber gun, never found, used by Del Grosso. For the gip "the hypothesis is that the weapon provided by Marcello De Propris to Del Grosso was given to the first by his father".
