"Lacking, far-fetched and in many places poorly plausible". This is how the magistrate of Rome judges the statements made by Anastasia, Luca Sacchi's fiancée, in the ruling in which she rejected an application for revocation of the signing obligation presented by the defender at the end of the interrogation carried out last December 4th.
The position of one of the suspects in the Luca Sacchi murder investigation is worsening. The investigating judge of Rome has notified a provision of custody in prison to Armando De Propris, Marcello's father, the young man from San Basilio who gave the weapon to Valerio Del Grosso, the author of the shot. To the man, in prison for possession of drugs, the prosecutors dispute the illegal detention of the 38 caliber pistol, never found, used by Del Grosso. For the investigating judge "the investigative hypothesis is that the weapon supplied by Marcello De Propris to Del Grosso was given to the first by his father".
The hearing of the Court of Review was scheduled for Monday 16 December after the petitions presented by some suspects in the case of Luca Sacchi, the 24-year-old Roman killed with a gunshot to the head on 23 October. The defenders of Anastasia, Sacchi's girlfriend accused of attempting to buy drugs, and Giovanni Princi, Luca's friend who according to the prosecution that evening managed the negotiations with the pusher of San Basilio.
