Apple has made available its new Mac Pro, the computer intended for professional users. The PC can be ordered on the company website at a starting price of € 6,000 for the basic version. But for the most powerful configuration - with processor, memory, graphics card and storage space at the top - it reaches 60 thousand euros. Monitor excluded: for the 32-inch display designed to be used with the new computer, another 5-6 thousand euros must be taken into account.
The high price of the Mac Pro has sparked the irony of Twitter users around the world. If there are those who highlight the quality of the PC, there are people who compare the cost of the computer with that of other goods. "You can buy a full-featured Tesla Model 3 (even with autopilot) for $ 300 more than a Mac Pro in the top configuration and the monitor," writes Brad. Other comparisons concern Mercedes, Audi and Tesla's new CyberTruck. But not only: "For that sum in Portugal you can buy a house", tweets Michael.
The jokes also target the "grater" look of the Mac Pro, but above all the price of the wheels for the PC. If you want wheels instead of feet, in fact, you have to shell out another 480 euros. With that figure - they observe in several - you can buy all four car tires.
