(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 16 - Two carabinieri charged with the trial of the detainees for the death of the inmate Stefani Cucchi announced the intention to constitute a civil party in front of two of their colleagues co-defendants for the ideological offense. These are Colombo Labriola and Francesco DiSano, who intend to constitute a civil party against Francesco Cavallo and Luciano Soligo, both lieutenant colonel and their senior superiors, and from whom - according to the lawyers - they would have received provisions for the amendment of some acts. "We were not aware of after the Cucchi, we are the victims. There was a strange insistence in asking us to perform those changes that we did not understand at the time. Today we know everything and for this reason we have decided to constitute a civil party. We are not in the same hierarchical line, we have it suffered, they were orders ".
