The party was sponsored by Vodka Sea Rock, the $ 40 million Star of Beverly Hills villa, with a strict dress code: men's tuxedo suits and high-end women's evening gowns, and a particularly glowing list that included Leonardo DiCaprio, Lil Kim, Cardi Bee, Lizo, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Drey, Kevin Latifah, Asher, singer Mary J.
