Difficult, tough, international: it is the 75 / a Vuelta of Spain, which was presented in Madrid and will be held from August 14th to September 6th 2020, departing from the Netherlands. Three in all the trespassing: beyond the departure, and the next two stages, the Spanish race will arrive in France and Portugal. Returning from the land of tulips, the Vuelta caravan will cross the Basque Country, with several challenging routes. The greatest difficulties, also out of respect for the riders who will have played the Olympics, will be concentrated in the first and second week, the third will be softer. The first of the eight uphill finishes at the 4th stage, at Arrate. A few days later the unprecedented goal will be proposed - always uphill - in Laguna Negra, so it will be the turn of the Toursarà (23 August). In the second week we will arrive in Puerto de Moncalvillo, after a demanding stage, while in the weel-end the stops will stop at La Farrapona and on the terrible Angliru. The only individual time trial will inaugurate the third week, with an epilogue to the finishing line of the Mirador de Ézaro, with its terrifying slopes reaching 30%. The two Portuguese fractions could mean a lot or nothing. Both Vincenzo Nibali and Fabio Aru will be at the start of the Vuelta, among others.
