Sudhester Company has recently leased 4,000 sq.m., out of a 7,000 sq.m. hangar, in the Dimona industrial area. On the roof of the building is a large solar installation, as is the roof of a parking lot adjacent to it. The building is adjacent to Route 25 between Dimona and Be'er Sheva. The lease is a RES Energy Group, which bought it in 2010, and the lease is for four and a half years with the option of renting the rest of the space.
Sudhester Company said the warehouse was intended for expansion - the company's existing warehouses hold only three days of merchandise, and the company's rapid growth necessitates increasing storage.
