(ANSA) - TURIN, DECEMBER 19 - The non-production of the death certificate of Davide Vannoni led to an unlawful cancellation in Rome on January 7 of the judicial procedure in which the father of the Stamina therapy had been called to respond for the resumption of activities in Georgia. The news of the death of Vannoni had spread in recent days but the preliminary hearing judge, to close the file, needed an official act.
The trial, which originated from an investigation by the prosecutor's office of Turin and the Nas carabinieri, takes place in Rome after the documents have been sent by a gup of the tribalesubalpino. The hypothesis of moving the cause to Palermo is under consideration in the capital.
The Piedmontese biologist Erica Molino, who asked to negotiate the sentence, and the Palermo-born Rosalinda Labarbera, summoned as president of the Prostamina Life association, are the defendants with Vannoni.
