Actor Uri Pepper three times purchased a cocaine-type drug from a drug distribution network operating in the central area during 2019 - 2017, as it became clear during an intense investigation by the Tel Aviv Police where he was required to testify. According to an indictment filed against the dealers in Tel Aviv District Court, the chain has offered and supplied thousands of its clients cocaine-mdma dangerous drugs. Among the network's customers are a number of well-known Bohemian Tel Aviv people.

According to the indictment, filed against seven network members, the distribution of drugs included a well-oiled marketing and advertising mechanism by sending "advertising" messages that praised and widely praised the quality of the drug they offered. Distribution was carried out using an array of vehicles used to deliver the drugs to customers in a very short time, and available throughout the day. Four members of the network were entrusted with distributing the drugs to every one required in the very minimum amount of time.

In order to operate the network optimally, and to make it difficult for law enforcement authorities to disclose, the defendants operated in a sophisticated way in two different communication circuits - one, two phones used by the respondents in charge of the network to receive orders from their customers and the other, which was used by the network heads to communicate with The other defendants and their transfer to the execution of the transactions.

According to the indictment, the defendants from whom Pepper bought the cocaine acted as a prosperous business for all intents and purposes, and at the end of a "working day" used to make a summary of all the trading activity and their profits, checking that the other defendants had enough drugs in stock.

During the years when the drug distribution network was active, and as a result of the drug deals, the chain's leaders made huge profits of over NIS 7 million. The drug distribution network operated until the arrest of the defendants.

Pepper himself, who is a prosecutor in the case, bought drugs from the chain on three occasions where he paid NIS 500 for 1 gram of cocaine at a time.

After Pepper's name came up as part of the investigation, he was called to question the police and when his involvement with the case ended. Pepper said he was happy to cooperate with the police and congratulated the police on their dedicated and important work.
