• • 2 zucchini
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100g Bulgarian cheese broken into coarse pieces
  • ½ cup flour
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 2 eggs M
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

How to make vegetable pies with Bulgarian cheese?

• Peel all the vegetables and rinse well.

• Using a grater, grate all the vegetables and transfer to a bowl. Add the cheese, flour and eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until uniform.

• Heat oil in a frying pan, make spoons with a spoon and transfer to the hot oil. It is important not to make them too big to cook properly on the inside. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side and transfer to a plate with absorbent paper.
