Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 large potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 100g Bulgarian cheese broken into coarse pieces
- ½ cup flour
- 50 grams of parmesan
- 2 eggs M
- Salt
- black pepper
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Peel all the vegetables and rinse well.
Using a grater, grate all the vegetables and transfer to a bowl. Add the cheese, flour and eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until uniform.
Heat oil in a frying pan, make spoons with a spoon and transfer to the hot oil. It is important not to make them too big to cook properly on the inside. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side and transfer to a plate with absorbent paper.
