(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, DECEMBER 27 - After more than two and a half years, Wikipedia will no longer be censored in Turkey. The IT and communications control authority (Btk) announced it this morning after the Ankara Constitutional Court yesterday ruled by majority that blocking access to the website violates freedom of expression.
