40 years have passed since Brooke Shields became a star in the romantic / erotic adventure movie "The Blue Lagoon" - and although she is now a mother of 2, 54, time seems to have done just fine for her. Shields opens the new decade with a particularly refreshing block and looks ever more amazing. In a photo posted on her Instagram page last Monday, she is seen straddling the Puerto Rico beach wearing a Bandeau blue swimsuit and revealing enviable abs. She posted the image in tribute to her iconic role, while alongside the photo she wrote "Another Blue Lagoon."

Her stunned look received a lot of lively responses, some even from her famous friends. "You're not real," actor Alan Cumming wrote, as supermodel Cindy Crawford responded with three fire emojis and "One Who Knows" star Kelly Rutherford added: "Beautiful (with a heart emoji)."
