But let's start with the question of why we actually have a hangover. Removing excess alcohol from the body is mainly done by the urinary system, which causes fluid loss and dehydration, which causes some of the classic hangover symptoms. The greater the amount of alcohol consumed, the more severe the symptoms. To overcome this trouble, the body produces enzymes whose function is to break down alcohol, and the more alcohol you drink, the more enzymes. The process of breaking down alcohol by these enzymes is usually accompanied by pain and sometimes decreased blood sugar levels, which can cause nausea and even depressed mood.

In order to maintain health and to prevent the unwanted hangover, it is best not to get into a state of intoxication and certainly not frequently. On the other hand, not every day is a decade, and there will probably be some more events over the coming year, what to do, it may happen. Therefore, if you get up this morning with the aggravation, you can also ease the symptoms by your diet.

How to transfer a hangover in a natural way?

Over the years, several studies have been conducted to link nutrition to a good effect on the processes that cause hangovers. These studies are not sufficiently established to determine that certain foods or beverages can benefit from these processes, however, there are some foods found that may alleviate the symptoms and for us - that is good too.

1. Asparagus
Some studies suggest that the amino acids and minerals found in asparagus extract may ease the various hangover symptoms. The most useful part of the plant is the asparagus leaves. Further studies are underway to examine whether amino acids in asparagus can speed up the rate of liver alcohol decomposition, unfortunately no definitive recommendation has yet been made regarding the process.

2. Green leaves, bananas and almonds
These foods contain the potassium mineral it loses in urine. They will help you get a good amount of potassium without eating too much, as it is not always easy to eat a hangover.

3. Miso soup
Japanese miso soup, as well as chicken broth, will help bring back to your body fluids, amino acids and salts that contribute to rapid recovery, even those of us with appetite.

4. Oats
Oatmeal is a complex carbohydrate and it can help balance blood sugar levels over time, helping to prevent a bad feeling. It can be eaten in the form of hot or cold porridge.

A delicious meal to die for, 5 minutes of healthy frenzy, and even if you take the time: half a cup (3 tablespoons) a tablespoon of oatmeal chia seeds 2 teaspoons cocoa flat spoon of hazelnut butter (natural !! not taken) flat teaspoon Of natural maple syrup add half a cup of almond drink and leave for a night in the refrigerator in the morning add a favorite fruit - in my case forever a red raspberry. And that's it! Bud to make half the amount for an intermediate snack rather than a full meal :). . . . #thetable #foodphotography # healthyfood #vscotlv #food_photography #feedfeed #Israeli_kitchen #foodil #gargeran #jj_food #ptk_food #foodblog #foodblogger #foodstagram #foodstyling #foodvsco #ig_food #vscofoodthefeedfeo #fanso #fanso # food #wellnesswednesday #gramoftheday #bon_app # vscoisrael # telavivmoments

5. Water
As always, in this case, the most important thing to avoid - be sure to come to a saturated event and drink during the evening. Notice - drinking water in the morning after that is just as important. Try to drink small amounts at a time and throughout the day.

6. Isotonic drink
An isotonic drink or words we all know - a sports drink - is rich in important electrolytes such as salt and sugar and will help in recovery in cases where you cannot eat. Of course, you can buy it, but it's easier to prepare at home before going out - pour half a liter of (unnatural) juice into half a liter of water and add a quarter teaspoon of salt to every liter.

7. Ginger tea
We know the effectiveness of ginger root against nausea or pregnancy, will it also help in the case of a hangover? Maybe, worth a try. To get the most out of your ginger, scrape the root in the grater and only then will it infuse it with water. The itch allows the ginger (ginger) active ingredient to absorb more efficiently in our body.
